>The vital difference between “style” and “technique” and its profound effect on
productive hitting
>How to properly stay “inside the ball”

>How to self-correct—“on-the-fly”
>Mike Epstein’s proprietary drills that help insulate the hitter from prolonged
slumps
Plus these mental dynamics:
>The mental hitting concepts used by baseball’s top hitters
>What is a good pitch to hit—and why and when its definition changes
>Why to never swing at a pitch the hitter has no "reference on"—unless …
>What's good about the hardest pitches to hit!
>Why you shouldn't let the pitcher "catch up" in the count with a pitch you've
already seen
>Why hitting is predictive—not reactive
>Much more!

When the player is finished with the program, they will have mastered all
the fundamentally-correct hitting moves used by 95% of baseball's Hall of
Fame hitters in an unequalled seven sessions. This applies to both baseball
AND softball players.
The 7 Day Program includes:
>Individual, one-on-one instruction
>TOTAL elimination of "lunging, drifting, and 'front-foot' hitting"
>Proper use of hips and lower body
>A "natural" swing tailored to put "the plane of the swing on the same plane as the
pitch"
>The hands correctly staying "inside the ball"
>Dynamic balance from stance through follow-through
>Optimized swing for bat "speed," bat "quickness," and POWER with both the minus
3 aluminum and wood bats
>Minimized head movement
>The ability to hit to all fields -- with power
>Increased confidence-building gained from learning these productive mechanics
Refresher Lessons. The refresher lesson generally lasts one hour. Refreshers are for
players who have gone through the 7 Day program and wish to make sure that their
core mechanics have not appreciably changed since we last saw them. There is one
"free" refresher for those who went through the Program, which must be used within
four weeks of finishing the program. If the player has been doing their drills, the
refresher may only serve as a confidence-builder. Most hitters DO return for a
refreshers and some are on a calendar schedule so they don't forget. In any event, it is
purely personal, and not mandatory. Think of it as "insurance."
